SBI celebrates 2nd anniversary of YONO
The State Bank of India Hyderabad circle on Tuesday celebrated the 2nd anniversary of its integrated digital app called YONO (You Only Need One- Life Style and Banking Dono).
Hyderabad: The State Bank of India Hyderabad circle on Tuesday celebrated the 2nd anniversary of its integrated digital app called YONO (You Only Need One- Life Style and Banking Dono).
As part of the celebrations, SBI Hyderabad Circle CGM Om Prakash Mishra, GM V Ramesh, GM UNN Maiya and GM Surendranath flagged off environment friendly tricycles for popularising YONO and also organised YONO Cyclothon to create awareness among public about YONO app.
YONO was launched on November 24, 2017 with focus on increasing customer convenience and seamless customer experience by end to end digitising products and processes fulfilling both banking and lifestyle needs of customers.
YONO will be the future face of SBI as all other Apps going to be integrated into YONO, said SBI.
At the Bank level, YONO has daily active customers to the tune of Rs 30 lakh with a registration base of Rs 1.5 crore.
For the Hyderabad circle, YONO had more than 5 lakh registrations during the year and 100 per cent Branch activation.
