Andhra Pradesh News: Anesthesiologist Dr Sudhakar has approached the High Court that he has been detained at a government psychiatric hospital in Visakhapatnam on May 16 in contrary to regulations. He said that his health condition was deteriorating as he was forced to use antipsychotic medications despite having no illness. He sought to take him to a private hospital for better treatment and requested to be treated under the supervision of the High Court.
