Rajamahendravaram: Traffic was interrupted in the agency area from the wee hours of Tuesday due to heavy downpour because of depression in the Bay of Bengal.

Many trees fell down in the agency area and streams such as Pamuleru wagu. Sutamma vagu etc are overflowing and many culverts were drowned in the rainwater.
