This National Technology Day the theme - 'School to Startup- Igniting young minds to innovate' , reflects India's ambition to emerge as a global tech startup hub, supported by its robust human capital. The need of the hour is to support the educational infrastructure at the grassroot level to empower our children to discover and experiment with ideas from a young age. India must prioritize investments in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) education, mentorship programs, and supportive policies to nurture young talent. Government initiatives like Skill India and Digital India are also key catalysts in this process.

Additionally, startups can play a crucial role in this national endeavour by emerging and cementing their position as flag bearers of innovation- a place where ideas are abundant, talent is nurtured across levels and real-world problems are solved by Indians, for Indians. This is India’s decade and we cannot afford to lose this golden chance.
