Imran Khan's Estranged Wife Avantika Malik Shares An Encouraging Quote On 'Healing'

Bollywood's young hero Imran Khan's wife Avantika Malik always stays active on social media… Be it her kid's pics or a few motivational thoughts, she keeps on treating her fans with her posts. Off late, she has shared an inspiring and encouraging quote on 'Healing' and tried to lessen her pain facing problems in her married life…

This post has "Sit with it. Instead of drinking it away, smoking it away, sleeping it away, eating it away, f***ing it away, running from it. Sit with it. Healing happens by feeling." While sharing the same, she wrote, "I am healing."

The post read as, "Above all else, I hope you give yourself permission to believe that you are not defined by a person's inability to love you, or by a person's inability to choose you. I hope you do not abandon who you are even though they did. I hope you do not neglect or question yourself even though they did. I hope you remember to love yourself better than they could, I hope you learn how to give yourself that kind of strength. I hope you remind yourself that you are rare, that you hold value here. I hope seasons of being misunderstood, of being unappreciated, do not cause you to see yourself through the eyes of those who could not celebrate you or support you. Above all else, I hope you connect with just how worthy you have always been. I hope you give yourself permission to be all that you are."

A few days ago, Imran Khan's bestie Akshay spoke to media and said, Imran is bidding adieu to his acting… He doled out, "My best friend in Bollywood is Imran Khan, who is no longer an actor because he has quit acting. Imran is my closest friend, whom I can get up at 4 am and call. Me and Imran have been with each other for almost 18 years, we studied acting together at Kishore Acting School in Andheri West."

He also continued, "See, Imran Khan has left acting at the moment. As far as I know, there is a better writer and director inside Imran, I do not know when he will direct his film himself, I am not going to put any pressure, but as a friend, I think so he will direct his film soon. Also, when Imran directs, I know he will make a wonderful film because his sensibility and understanding of cinema is very high."

Well, Imran Khan being the cousin of Bollywood's ace actor Aamir Khan made his debut in Bollywood with the movie 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na' in 2008 and acted in almost 10 movies and now suddenly bid adieu to his acting career.

From a few days, there are rumours that Imran and his wife Avantika are taking divorce… But Avantika's mother denied the rumours but confirmed that there are some differences and hoped that they will get soughed out.

Imran Khan and Avantika got hitched on 10th January, 2011 and are blessed with a baby girl Imara Malik Khan in 2014.
