Gone too soon, reads most of the condolence messages for Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput who ended his life on Sunday morning. The actor lived at the posh Bandra locality in a duplex house with cooks and domestic help.

According to the house help, Sushant had his morning juice before locking himself in his room. After realizing there was no sound coming from his room, the servants alerted the neighbours and called an ambulance. Once his door was broke open he was found dead hanging by the ceiling fan.

The actor who had worked in over 11 movies was a person with varied interests. One of the reports says that Sushant was training to be a pilot to realise his dream. He also showed interest in philanthropic activities. So his death by suicide comes as a shock to those who knew him closely.

According to accounts of the security guards at his apartment, Sushant kept to himself and was not his usual self over the last few weeks.

Even though he was a fantastic actor and had several hits to his credit. His career was on a lean patch over the last year or so. However, the young Bollywood actor who decided to cut his journey short at the age of 34 had Dil Bechara lines up as his next project. The movie is based on the famous Hollywood movie The fault in our stars.

The lockdown seems to have hit him hard as people close to him say that Sushant was battling depression over the last couple of months. The entire film fraternity has plunged into grief with the passing away of such talent. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
