Shilpa always stays active on social media and also shares the workout videos of her family. Be it Raj Kundra or Shilpa's mother-in-law and our dear Vivaan, all of them are seen performing their workouts in this lockdown time.
Today, this B-Town proud mommy has shared the gymnastic back-flip of his son and made us go awe… Have a look!
In this post, Vivaan is seen doing a perfect back-flip at his home… It was all perfect and clean which made Shilpa go proud!!! She also stated that "Children always imitate whatever they see their parents doing. Seeing us workout and practice yoga, Viaan started taking an interest in his health and fitness early on. Kids have a lot of energy and it's important for that enormous energy to be channelised well. He loves gymnastics, so I enrolled him.. But gymnastics without practice can make you rusty. So, we keep practising... keeps him occupied, active, and strong! So, if your kids want to pursue something they must practice because practice makes you perfect, and makes them hungry and sleep well..."
It is not the first time for Vivaan to perform this amazing stunt… He already did it perfectly under the guidance of Bollywood's young man Tiger Shroff who is known for his amazing stunts and breathless dance steps.
