Box-Office Report: Tollywood

Prati Roju Pandaage is one movie that is currently performing well at the box-office. The film released in December but since there is no other movie that can throw a competition, Sai Dharam starrer does well at the box-office.

On the New Year's even and on Friday, some small films made it to the theatres but surprisingly, they all failed to make a mark. One film that came with an interesting plotline is Hulchul. Though the director took suspense comedy as the genre for this film, he focused more on the entertainment part which sometimes made the story dull and slow. Despite having an interesting and engaging concept, the director's poor screenplay will irk some audience. However, the comedy scenes are well executed and most of the comedy sequences will actually make the audience laugh. Especially in the second half, the scenes between Krishnudu and Rudraksh came out really well and can be considered as the highlight of the film. But, the film failed to impress the audiences and it catches the attention of fewer audiences.

Athade Srimannarayana starring Rakshit Shetty also failed to do well at the box-office. Dil Raju released the movie but he did not promote the film.
