Keerthy to lock horns with Bollywood Queen

Keerthy Suresh is one of the leading actresses down the south right now. The actress scored blockbusters in both Tamil and Telugu last year in the form of Sarkar and Mahanati. After that, she became more choosy and okaying the scripts only she thinks that it has enough potential to show her acting prowess.

Currently, she is working for an untitled film in Telugu and a film with Ajay Devgn in Hindi, which marks her debut in Bollywood. Meanwhile, we also hear that she has been signed up by director Maniratnam for his upcoming period drama, 'Ponniyun Selvan.' The film features an ensemble of the cast which includes Amitabh Bachchan, Karthi, Vikram and Mohan Babu.

Former Ms. World Aishwarya Rai is playing a key character in the movie as well. It is being reported that Keerthy's role in the film will be on par with Aish. So, it will be interesting to see these two beauties together on screen. The project is currently under pre-production stages and will go on floors in the latter half of this year.
