Bigg Boss contestant's actress girlfriend accuses him of harassment

Bigg Boss Tamil season 3 has been in the news for one reason or the other. The latest is about one of its contestants—Tharshan Thiyagarajan. He's one of the prominent faces on the show. His girlfriend Sanam Shetty is making the headlines now. There was speculation that she was in a relationship with him.

The model-cum-actress has accused Tharshan of harassing her physically and mentally.

Speaking to an English daily, Sanam Shetty says that he was okay with her when they got engaged but his behaviour changed post exit from the popular and controversial Tamil TV reality show, Bigg Boss 3.

She goes on to say that even though they had planned to get married in June now he's gone silent on the relationship. She says that Tharshan had asked her not to talk about their relationship during his stint on the show which she obediently agreed to. She said after he walked out of the show, he started harassing her and his family too.

With no news coming from his side, Sanam has resorted to the last option. He has approached the commissioner of police and filed a complaint against him. She has even registered a complaint with the women's commission.

She also says that it was she who helped him build contacts in the industry even after he accused her of having affairs with co-stars. She said she sent the application to Bigg Boss Tamil and also helped him with visa procedures. While Tharshan's manager has rubbished these claims as false, It now remains to be seen how Tharshan will react to this news.
