My father never shouted at me: Shruti Haasan

Mother's Day may have just passed with the stars going deeply nostalgic and sentimental about their moms. As a contrast, however unintentional, Shruti Haasan, replying to her fans on an Instagram chat referred to her relationship with her famous father, Kamal Haasan.

Responding to a query by a curious fan whether she has been punished by her father ever, she said she has never been subjected to such a situation. Recollecting a time when she had made a mistake, she added that as a response to it, Kamal had only told her that he was disappointed with her. ' I have never been shouted at' she confided.

Missing the shooting schedules the most, Shruti assured her fans that her father was fine and taking care of himself well in Chennai. She told them that she would take up work only when she feels it is safe for her to venture out and commence it.
