Thalapathy 65 Makers In Talks With Deepika For Female Lead Opposite Vijay?

Kollywood actor Thalapathy Vijay's 65th movie is creating buzz in many ways. The movie which will be produced under the banner, Sun pictures, was supposed to be directed by AR Murugadoss but for some reasons the director pulled out of the project and now the hunt is on to bring a young and talented director for this movie.

In the process, we hear that the team has shortlisted about 3-4 directors. As per the details available, we hear that the opportunity to helm the Vijay project will be given to Nelson Dilip who directed the movie "Kolamaavu Kokila". However, this news is yet to get confirmed officially.

However, we have one another interesting update about Vijay's 65th movie. The team is gearing up to rope in famous Bollywood star Deepika Padukone and we hear that talks are on with the actress in this regard. It is also speculated that another Bollywood actor John Abraham will also be roped in to act as a villain in Vijay's movie which is yet to get officially confirmed.

On the other hand, Deepika is gearing up to share screen space with Prabhas in the Nag Ashwin directorial which is said to be sci fi thriller. Meanwhile, Vijay starrer "Master" whose teaser was released on Diwali is all set to hit the big screens shortly.

Master stars Malavika Mohanan as the leading lady while Vijay Sethupathi plays a baddie. Lokesh Kanagaraj has helmed the project. His last venture Kaithi with Karthi was a super hit.
