Roberrt Pre-release Business: Darshan Movie Distribution Rights Sold

Challenging star Darshan is known as the sultan of Sandalwood. He has a huge fan following and now he's all set to prove his box office stamina yet again with his next venture Roberrt. The movie has already created a lot of buzz in Gandhinagar circles with fans' expectations touching the skies. The demand for the movie has peaked much ahead of the movie's release.

We are not sure how much money the movie will rake in at the box office after its release. but Darshan's much-anticipated movie Roberrt has earned crores much ahead of its release. The movie has been bankrolled by Umapathi Srinivas.

We all know that the movie has been set on a grand scale. Huge sets, scenic locales and an ensemble cast have raised expectations about Roberrt. The posters of the movie have already thrown hints at the several different looks that Darshan will sport in Roberrt. So it won't be wrong to say that the Darshan movie is making all the right noises even before its release.

Now, the latest buzz is that Roberrt distribution rights have been sold for a whopping Rs 35 crore. And this is just the beginning. What remains are the audio rights, online streaming rights and of course the satellite rights. So one can well imagine the kind of moolah the Darshan movie will bring in for its makers.

Roberrt is all set to hit theatres on April 9. The movie will have a box office clash with Thalapathy Vijay's Master which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Directed by Tharun Sudhir, Roberrt has music scored by Arjun Janya. The movie features Asha Bhat, Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan and Devaraj in key roles. Stay tuned for updates.
