A film against drunken driving

Director Raju Vikram Narendra claims that he is making a film 'Amrutha Nilayam' against drunken driving which has consumed hundreds of lives. "We were inspired by a real-life story," says the director, who has weaved a tale around a blind guy, who lost his family in a hit and run case. "Blind students unveiled the first look of the film as we are planning novel promotions," he adds.

Starring new faces Vijay, Mamata and Rishi, it is being produced by Ram Mohan Nagula and Praveen Kumar.

"We are thankful to Aparajitha Seva Samithi since they allowed us to release the audio of the film by 100 orphans and also giving us an opportunity to serve them in our own way. We are very happy to make a content-driven movie." he adds.
