Happy Birthday Rana Daggubati!

Generally, many heroes who come from a film family tends to focus on becoming star actors. But Rana Daggubati is not one of them. He always has been experimental in his choice of roles and that had now earned him the fame across the country. Today is his birthday and let us have a look back to his career.

Born to the couple Suresh Babu Daggubati and Lakshmi Daggubati on 14th December 1984, Rana spent his childhood days in Hyderabad and Chennai. He first ventured into VFX production, before realizing that acting is his passion. Then, he made his acting debut with 2010 Shekhar Kammula film Leader. That political drama brought a lot of fame to Rana.

After that Rana didn't stick to only Telugu films and did Hindi films like Dum Maaro Dum, Baby and Tamil films like Aarambamm and Bangalore Natkaal. India's biggest hit Baahubali made Rana a nationwide star. His portrayal of the character Bhallaladeva brought him a lot of accolades across the globe. Since then, Rana has been doing performance-oriented roles in films like Nene Raju Nene Mantri and Ghazi. We didn't see him a lead role in any of this year's films but next year, Rana will be coming up with two films, Haathi Mere Saathi and Virata Parvam. Hope he scores the bullseye with both the film.
