Mahesh Babu Unveils Paala Pitta Song from Maharshi

As promised, the makers of Maharshi dropped the much awaited song Paala Pitta this Monday morning on social media.

Superstar Mahesh Babu took to his Twitter profile and dropped the new single from this forthcoming musical romantic drama Maharshi. He captioned it, "Here's #PaalaPitta for you :) #MaharshionMay9th"

This is the fifth single from 'Maharshi' album. The makers have only released the lyrical video; the video will be out later. Titled 'Paala Pitta', it is billed to be a massy folk song.

The makers have complied still of Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde in the video. The song has been written by Shree Mani and rendered by MM Manasi and Rahul Sipligunj. This is perhaps the last single from the big-ticket entertainer.

The official handle of Sri Venkateswara Creations also dropped the single. It wrote, "Here it is, #Paalapitta Song Lyrical Video - #Maharshi @urstrulyMahesh @directorvamshi @hegdepooja @allarinaresh @KUMohanan1 @ThisIsDSP @ShreeLyricist @Cinemainmygenes @adityamusic #SSMB25"

Maharshi is Mahesh's first collaboration with Vamsi Paidipally, who has films like Munna, Yevadu, and Oopiri to his credit. The film also stars Pooja Hegde, Meenakshi Dixit, Sonal Chauhan, Allari Naresh, Jagapathi Babu, and Rajendra Prasad among others.

The film releases on May 9th.
