The actor was immediately rushed to the hospital and they confirmed shoulder dislocation. Also, there is a slight fracture to his leg.
Sharwa immediately returned Hyderabad and got admitted in Sun Shine hospitals. The doctors are planning to perform a surgery to Sharwanand's shoulder on Monday.
Sri Venkateswara Creations, headed by Dil Raju are producing the movie and they released an official statement on the same.
