Soak rice in water for 10 to 15 min.

Take a saucepan boil badam milk shake in medium flame.

Add soaked rice in saucepan and boil rice for 20 to 25 min reduce a milk shake.

Ingredients:

Rice - 180 Gm; l Badam milk shake - 1 Lit

Almond chopped for garnish - 30 Gm

Cardamom powder - 5 Gm

Kewda essence - 10 Ml

Water for soaking rice - 250 Ml

Sugar granulated for garnishing - 200 gm

Saffron- 1 Pinch

Method:

Soak rice in water for 10 to 15 min

Take a saucepan boil badam milk shake in medium flame

Add soaked rice in saucepan and boil rice for 20 to 25 min reduce a milk shake

Add kewda water and cardamom powder, saffron in phirni mix

Take another saucepan heat slow flame granulated sugar to became like brown colour
