Let's make our politicians and bureaucrats answerable

Directors take films on adopting villages and civic discipline. Leaders and celebs adopt villages, Police impose fines on No Helmet, no parking, signal jump. If there are potholes, footpaths being encroached, dug up roads, overflowing garbage bins .. don't you think we fine our politicians/bureaucrats for ignoring their basic responsibilities?
