Adaptability is a major skillset. It’s the ability of a person to change flow of actions, course of direction or approach to adapt to a new situation.
Adaptability is a major skillset. It's the ability of a person to change flow of actions, course of direction or approach to adapt to a new situation. It encompasses effecting changes with clarity and timeliness, without any repercussions. Adaptability is the quality of being able to adjust to new situations and circumstances in a constantly changing dynamic environment.
Adaptability at the professional level is when an employee chooses to be flexible and has the ability to adapt to changing work demands. Staying calm is an asset during a crisis. And to find an amicable solution is deft crisis management.
Lava Kumar Nandam, a fourth year student of Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology is specialising in Computer Science. His aim is to be a musician. Hobbies include Coding, Cricket, Movies. Kumar's role models are MS Dhoni, Hip-hop Tamizha.
Quality of being able to adjust to the condition can be termed as adaptability according to Kumar. To exemplify,in an interview, we have to mould ourselves according to the situation. In any type of task, if we face any problem, we have to adapt according to the situation to find ways to the solution. As far as tasks pertaining to adaptability, he has not undertaken any in study life. I've taken up challenges and experienced in real life.

Adaptability is the ability of being in the present, and responding to the changes of the moment. When things change, people with the strength of adaptability easily adapt and change - they are flexible.

• Learning to be calm and confident.
There's a greater need for adaptability in these times. At the organisational level the key resources be it the way people, teams function makes a lot of difference. This leads to success or failure in an organization. Thinking and acting adaptively is the new dictum.

• Think tankers: New thinking and trends ensure they stay ahead of competition.
• Way ahead: Adaptable people are front runners and are open to change and quickly adapt to the same. They have a sense of forward thinking.
• Resourceful: Extremely resource driven with vast networks and connects. They know how to get things done. They are people driven and a way to manage people.
• Easily adapt: Well adaptable to people and change. l Positivity: With an array of positivity, they project positive thoughts and vibes.
• Stand for a purpose: Adaptable people have a purpose and are value driven.
• Inquisitive: Curious minds that they are, always willing to learn and adopt newness. Extremely inquisitive.
Therein it's a prerequisite to adopt to change for effective adaptability. Students have to be groomed to be flexible and binding to adjust to situations and people. If the factor of change through flexibility is practiced as a skill sets, it will be a boon to the students who can wonderfully adapt to any circumstance. Adaptability has to be nurtured in students to benefit the various offerings. If practiced the future is bright and they would venture ahead with great initiatives. So adaptability is an asset and should be practiced all times.
