Hyderabad: PES University team wins NTPC Electron Quiz-2019
Quiz programme organised by NTPC Limited in Secunderabad on Wednesday in progress
Hyderabad: Preetham Upadhyaya and Akhil Siddharth from PES University, Bangalore have won the Southern Region Round of NTPC Electron Quiz-2019 held on Wednesday at Hari Hara Kala Bhavan Auditorium in Secunderabad. Pranav Hari and Rahul Humayun from IIT Madras were the First Runner-up team and M.R. Vikhyat and G. Kalyan Sai from Rao's Degree College Nellore were declared Second Runner-up.
A total of 110 teams participated in the Southern Region Round of NTPC Electron Quiz. Dilip Kumar Dubey, Regional Executive Director (South) presented Rs 30,000 worth prizes to the winners and Rs 20,000 worth prizes to 1st Runner up team and Rs 10000 for 2nd Runner up team . Teams in 4, 5th and 6th positions received consolation prizes worth Rs 4000 each. The winners from the Regional Round will be taking part in the national level competition of NTPC Electron Quiz to be held on October 14 at NOIDA.
