A district-level children's Science Congress was held at District Science Centre, Anantapur. A total of 152 students from 56 schools throughout Anantapur district participated in it Among all 10 students were selected for state level competition which will be held on November 24-25 at Padmavathi Mahila University in Tirupati. Students who exhibited their projects were appreciated.

Viswabharathi school student named P Md. Rehan Shaik, Class VIII presented his concept of "SMOG=smoke+fog (how do we prevent)under the guidance of Science Faculty N Sathesh Reddy. Viswabharathi school Correspondent J Anasuya Devi, Head Master and other Teaching Faculty appreciated him and his Co-workers with great applaud.
