Thrillophilia Goa Holiday Package Review

My friends and I have been planning a getaway to our dream destination, Goa for a very long time. Soon after graduation, we thought this is the perfect time to finally plan for our much awaited trip to Goa. Since it was our first time traveling to Goa, we thought it would be best to check for some pocket-friendly tour packages on a traveling site. There were a dozen exciting Goa tour packages online and it was extremely difficult for us to select any one of those. After a full day of research, we shortlisted two traveling sites, one of which was Thrillophilia. We were looking for a decent 3-4 days trip and compared the prices, number of attractions and other amenities that both the sites were offering. Then we finally made up our mind and finalized on Thrillophilia’s ‘Backpacking tour to Goa’.

To know more about the package, I dropped in an inquiry on the site. A representative of Thrillophilia called me within some time after which I cleared all my doubts and understood the entire itinerary. The agent informed us that we have the option to customize our package so we made some changes and added a few more water sports to our package. To be sure, I also thought of checking some of the Depth Thrillophilia reviews which were undoubtedly the most assuring part on the website for me.

After booking the package, all we did was shop for our perfect outfits for the trip, book our train tickets, pack our bags and we were all set for the most memorable trip of our life.

The Best Trip Ever….

After arriving at the railway station, we saw that a representative of Thrillophilia was waiting right outside the station for us. He was a localite and I loved how friendly and welcoming he was. He helped us with our luggage and then we proceeded towards our pre-booked stay.

We booked a gorgeous homestay for the trip because we wanted to experience the authentic Goan culture. The two-storeyed homestay belonged to a lovely old couple who gave us a very warm welcome. Without wasting a minute, we all went to our rooms and quickly freshened up for our first day in Goa.

We left from our stay and went straight to a food corner as we all were extremely hungry. We tried some really delicious snacks like Goan samosas, croquettes and chicken chops. Then we explored the nearby vibrant markets and did a little bit of shopping. We spent around 2-3 hours on a nearby beach where we all sat together and enjoyed a beachside candle light dinner. After a wholesome meal, we went back to our stay to rest.

On day 2, our representative picked us up from our stay and took us for a North Goa tour. Our tour started by visiting an old Portuguese fort, Aguada Fort where we took a lot of pictures for our instagram. We also did beach hopping and visited some popular beaches like Sinquerim beach, Candolim beach, Calangute beach, Baga beach, Anjuna beach and then ended our day on the mesmerizing Vagator beach. While exploring the beaches, we tried a lot of sea foods, refreshing cocktails, got my hair braided, shopped for souvenirs and one of our friends got a small tattoo as well. After a tiring but action-packed day, we all went back to our stay where the owners of the stay had prepared a proper Goan Thali for us.

After exploring the breathtaking North Goa, we proceeded with our journey to explore South Goa on our day 3. We left right after having a scrumptious breakfast and arrived at our first destination, Shri Manguesh Temple. The best part about South Goa was that it was less crowded and had some beautiful viewpoints, old beautiful structures and monuments. We also visited The Bom Jesus Basilica which is a popular UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the day tour, we attended a party on Miramar Beach and then spent the night stargazing, listening to music and dancing on the Dona Paula Beach.

Day 3 was the last day of our trip so we made sure to make the most of it. We took a lot of pictures on our entire trip, some were insta-worthy while others were to simply cherish our best trip. The last day of our trip we all talked about how things are going to change after graduation and that we might not be able to see each other again for a very long time. We were going back home with a bag full of souvenirs, mobile phones full of pictures and videos, and our hearts full of happy memories.

I must say that it takes a lot of planning and effort to create a perfect itinerary for a trip.
