Well. it's proven too that weekends are never sufficed for working people nor for students. AS you get up on Monday and the moment you think of going to the office or school and college you start feeling lazy.

Monday is unanimously voted the worst day of the week. Call it Monday Morning blues or the burden of going back to work, we are at our lazy best on Mondays.

It makes it a question worth thinking about, is our aversion towards psychological or is there a more psychosomatic cause of this fatigue that suddenly occurs at the beginning of the week.

# 1. The main issue strikes here as our lifestyle change that turns from super busy during the week to super lazy in the weekends. An average person who rises at 6:00 am, remains active all day and then goes to bed at 10:00 pm suddenly ends up sleeping till 10:00 am in the morning and going to bed at 12:00 in the midnight.




#2. The disruption disturbs the body clock. Your body is turned to a biological clock that gives it reminders of what to do. So if you don't listen to your body clock for two days it refuses to obey you on Monday and thus you get the Monday morning blues.



#3. Have you ever woken up with a splitting headache on a Monday Morning? It is because you have overslept. You never feel sluggishly sleepy when you are running around all week but on the weekends, the more you sleep, the more you feel sleepy. Sometimes you can feel lazy on Mondays due to too much sleep.



# 4. You have to make a small lifestyle change and remain active during the weekend. Wake up an hour late and do some exercise that you miss doing during the week You can definitely have your filling of weekend's rest but spread it out. Sleep 8 hours at night and take a siesta in the afternoon.



#5. Sometimes when we travel on weekends, too much activity can also be a cause of fatigue. These rushed weekend trips where you start Friday night and return Sunday night are really draining on your energy reserves. You need to rest enough in the weekend to refill the energy reserves that will keep you going during the week.


#6. Sometimes its pure psychological pressure of deadlines or Monday meetings is enough to make you have Monday Morning blues. The cause of fatigue here is mental saturation. You have worked all weekend and simply can't get through another week of work.
