    Andhra Pradesh News: AP state Election Commissioner N Rameshkumar today issued orders discharging GV Saiprasad Prasad, Joint director from the services of SEC for deserting SEC by placing 30 days leave without intimation and influencing other staff to apply leave en masse to paralyse function of SEC and derail panchayat elections.

    The SEC commissioner stated that since it is not an honourable discharge but dismissal with disgrace Saiprasad will not be entitled to any terminal benefits and barred from entering any other govt service directly or indirectly.
