BRS Leaders took strong objection to the prediction of state BJP president Bandi Sanjay that Kavitha would be arrested. They questioned how Sanjay knows about it. This indicates that all this is game plan oj BJP to create problems for KCR government, they added.

BRS leaders in Delhi expressed full confidence that Kavitha will not be arrested as she had done no wrong. They alleged that it was conspiracy by BJP.

BRS activists burnt effigy of TS BJP president Bandi Sanjays offensive comments against MLC Kavitha saying she would be grilled. "Do you think she will get a kiss" he had said. BRS and others have taken strong objection to such uncharitable comments by a political leader. They demanded an apology from Sanjay and BJP.

During first one hour Kavitha is said to have been confronted with several questions including meetings in Hyderabad hotel, why phones destroyed, who carried Rs 100 cr to Delhi as havala money.
