A fiasco hitherto unseen

Till few days ago TRS Government in Telangana has been riding like a juggernaut until Intermediate fiasco emerged on the screen. Nearly 20+ meritorious students committed suicide as they are declared unsuccessful in Board examinations results because of machine made mistakes. Some students who were toppers in Inter first year shown as croppers in second year board exam results.

There is lot of agony, unrest among the student community forcing them on to thr roads in scorching summer and also on their parents. The governments' lack lustre behaviour further rubbed salt on students' wounds.

Even though the government announced that failed students need not pay any fees , it will not cut any ice as far as students community is concerned. This type of blunder did not occur in board examination results in the past 40 years or so. The opposition in Telangana which was in due for extinction suddenly found a ray of hope to turn the tide against Government on inter results fiasco.

As far as the students are concerned the irreparable damage has been done to them. The words of encouragement from film celebrities will not boost their morale. On Government's part it should see that this type of blunder will not occur in future, else must be ready to face it's waterloo in next elections.
