At a time when the voices of a large people of our country are being ignored, the edit page has came at the right time to raise its voice against the wrong doers that has been elaborated excellently.

The present day functioning of the Election Commission is more or less working under pressure of the existing NDA government.

Time and again, people are discussing on the non-functioning of EVMs in the first phase of polling that was started one to two hour late beyond the scheduled timing at various booths, where the people were allowed to franchise their votes until late night hours.

People were also discussing as to why the EC has become toothless against the political party leaders when they are violating the Model Code Conduct unless the Supreme Court had to intervened.

However, with regard to the ongoing Lok Sabha elections that are ending in six phases by May 23, until then people had to wait for the results to know them the facts and truth, whether the voters that were polled for a certain political party had won or the EVMs won.
