Dual-Work-System a realistic, permanent solution post lockdown
In spite of social distancing and precautionary safety methods, coronavirus deaths and cases are growing alarmingly
In spite of social distancing and precautionary safety methods, coronavirus deaths and cases are growing alarmingly. Every day every nation is losing thousands of crores due to inactive economy.
To make both our lives and economy healthy, progressive and bubbling permanently, meaningful shutdown exit solution via maxima (work from home) and minima (work from office) Dual-Work-System.
1. Every organisation must maximise the persons working from home and minimise the persons working-from-office as per suitability. If possible rotate/swap personnel to enjoy benefits of savings on transport, time, energy, flexibility of work timings.
2. Major advantage is reduction in vehicular traffic and pollution thus realistically reduced will be global warming and related calamities, loss of lives and hard earned assets.
Attaining 100 per cent-clean energy such as solar or hydrogen fuel will take 20 to 30 more years and require huge investments.
Pollution in the world has almost reached the upper limit of 400 ppm. At this rate, scientists foretell that oceans water level will increase by 25cm by the year 2025 and 50 cm by 2050.
I see Dual-Work-System as an urgent realistic solution. This is a win-win situation, long-term and permanent solution for the world giving multiple benefits to all via savings, healthy environment, healthy social distancing including employees and business houses too, students of lower and middle income groups too (via internet an economical lesser-expensive education).
OTHER MULTIPLE BENEFITS:
3) Reduced consumption of depleting petroleum reserves.
4) Saving money by both employees and business-houses via reduction in expenses via transportation cost, operating and maintenance, and infrastructure costs.
5) More accommodation availability resulting in more people using groups-wise public transportation of buses and trains resulting in still reduced pollution and expenses.
6) Reduced personnel makes social distancing easy in offices and public places.
