It looks Congress prospects are bleak and alarming. All the winning senior Congress MLAs are joining with TRS unconditionally except in case of Sabitha Indira Reddy and Karthik Reddy. Bheema Nageshwer Rao joined from TDP to TRS and he is expecting MP seat from Khammam.
TRS is taking this an advantage and welcoming all the winning MLAs and it looks to be unfair with the TRS and they want more and more people should join to strengthen their position and weakening the opposition . Those who are joining from the Congress to TRS for the sake of power and recognition are least bothered about the party and its history.
It is a known fact that there is no able leader to lead Congress party to bring back its past glory. After Marri Chenna Reddy in undivided Andhra Pradesh there was Rajashekhar Reddy who has proved twice in bringing back the Congress in power. No wonder it is very difficult for the Congress that it cannot even win one MP seat. On the other hand DK Aruna joined BJP and it will be followed by Sunitha Reddy. These leaders want power and recognition.
We have seen many leaders who in TRS or BJP lose their identity even in TRS and they will realise one day and what harm they were doing the society by betraying the voters and in fact they are answerable to the voters. After the second term of TRS in Telangana
BJP may improve their performance and what we need is a strong opposition but it is lacking in Telangana. We once again may witness the dictatorial form of government with one or two persons and will not be appreciated by anyone in the society. We talk about the democracy and we find very rarely and it exists for name sake and it is dominated by the strong leaders in Telangana and Andhra.
What we need a strong alternate regional party which can give a tough fight for TRS but it may be difficult but it may happen if youth are very serious on this and they may even change the scenario of Telangana.
Finally, the voters should take written statement from the contesting candidates if they vote they will not jump in any party for the complete term. Voters should teach a lesson to these opportunistic leaders.. let us save democracy
