Adivasi Student Forum condemns action against Adivasi professors

Osmania University: Adivasi Student Forum (ASF) took out a rally from Arts College to Police Station on Friday condemning the arrests of adivasi professors.

ASF state president B Venkateshwarlu and convener Sagaboina Papa Rao questioned the State government as of why it has not filed suo moto case against All India Banjara Seva Sangh district president Amber Singh Naik for his threatening comments on MP Soyam Babu Rao.

They demanded response for the same from State DGP and government. They demanded withdrawal of cases against professors Apka Nageshwara Rao and Sidam Kishore who reacted to Amber Singh's comments. They demanded removal of lambadas from ST list.

Gummadi Sudheer, ASF OU president Ramamallu Pochaiah, Chanti, Suresh, Praveen, Aruna, Naresh, Venkanna Srikanth, Manasa and others were present.
