Awareness rally held on waste segregation

Mallapur: GHMC Deputy Commissioner T Dasharath and Mallapur Corporator Pannala Devender Reddy participated in an awareness rally conducted on the importance of waste segregation here at Shakti Sai Nagar on Thursday. The rally was held as part of 'Saaf Hyderabad, Shandar Hyderabad' program.

As part of the program, volunteers who participated in the rally went to each house in the colony and explained the need for segregating waste and handing the waste over to the garbage collector. They appealed to the people to keep their surroundings clean and help them maintain cleanliness in the colony.
