In an attempt to bring the authentic taste of Bengal closer to Hyderabad, Chef Subash Chandra Biswal is bringing in an alchemy of flavours from his hometown with him. His menu will feature dishes ranging from vegetable chop, mochar chop, beguni, mutton chop, aloo posto, luchi aar mutton kosha, chingri maacher malai curry to name a few, creating a gastronomic experience so nostalgic that you will feel you were back home.

As Bengalis say, "Mishti na hole khaba holo ki", the menu also features some mouth-watering authentic Bengali desserts also to choose from like roshogolla, mishti doi etc.
