He was speaking as the chief guest at a meeting organised on the eve of a 'Sakala Jana Bheri' public meeting on October 30 at Saroornagar stadium, and to pay tributes to Sathupalle depot conductor Neeraja and Husnabad conductor Lata Maheshwari. Employees of Miyapur II and II depots, besides those of BBU, were present.

Prasad hit out at KCR describing him as a 'dictator who remained unmoved by the deaths of 14 RTC employees so far. He objected to the Chief Minister blaming BJP for the strike without making any efforts to end the impasse and also the Cental government even while declaring that the TRS regime would not implement the new MV Act (traffic challans).

Prasad sought to assured the striking RTC employees that they need not lose hope as BJP would stand by them until all their problems were solved. Among the RTC JAC leaders present were Emani Vinayak Reddy, zonal president Venkatesh Bhaskar, Bikshpati, Rajababu, Bal Reddy, Achyut Reddy, Guruprasad, C M M Raju, Rajeshwari, Ramadevi, Rukmini, Kalpana, Madhavi, BJP leader Lakshman, CPI(M) leaders Shoban, Krishna, besides Damodar and R Ramesh of BBU.
