Hyderabad: Ponugoti Chokka Rao was elected as secretary for All India Confederation of the Blind (AICB) unanimously. His election was announced during the ongoing annual meeting of the blind in national capital.
On this occasion, Chokkarao thanked AICB president AK Mittal, general secretary JL Kaul. Swami Naik and Mounika from Telangana were also elected as national executive members.
