Cold wave in Hyderabad: In Hyderabad, fog or mist will occur early in the morning on December 22, with the night temperature touching 11 degrees Celsius, which will also prevail the next day.
Hyderabad: As mainly low-level North Easterlies/Northerlies prevailed over the State during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Monday, the IMD bulletin warned that cold wave conditions are likely to prevail at isolated places in northern and western districts.

Twelve degrees Celsius is the minimum temperatures forecast for December 24 and 25. Meanwhile, the bulltin said cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in Adilabad, which registered the lowest minimum of 5.7 degrees Celsius.
This was the lowest of the season so far. There was an appreciable fall in the night temperatures ranging from -2.1 to -4 degrees Celsius in many parts of the State. They were below normal by -1.6 to -3 deg C in some parts and appreciably below normal ranging from -3.1 to -5 degrees Celsius in some other parts.
According to the bulletin, the other minimum temperatures recorded elsewhere in the State were: Hanamkonda 11, Hyderabad 11.1, Medak 13, Hakimpet 14.6, Khammam 14.8, Bhadrachalam 15, Mahbubnagar 15.7, and Nalgonda 15.8.
