Deputy Mayor inspects Gandhi, Fever hospitals

Hyderabad: GHMC Deputy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin visited Gandhi and Fever hospitals on Monday to inspect medical facilities at the hospitals for the treatment of dengue, malaria and other seasonal diseases.

During his visit to Fever Hospital, he inspected special outpatient counters arranged for fever patients and counters for diagnostic tests. He interacted with several patients and inquired about the facilities at the hospital.

He said that every type of fever cannot be considered as dengue and it can be diagnosed only using Elisa tests. Later, the deputy mayor visited Gandhi Hospital and held meeting with RMO. They discussed on the facilities being provided to the outpatients.
