Dr PC Rath lauded for his services
Major General N Srinivas Rao, General Officer Commanding, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area conferred honorary cardiology consultant status to Dr PC Rath, MD, DM, FICC, FACC (USA), FESC, a cardiologist of international repute on Tuesday.
Secunderabad: Major General N Srinivas Rao, General Officer Commanding, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area conferred honorary cardiology consultant status to Dr PC Rath, MD, DM, FICC, FACC (USA), FESC, a cardiologist of international repute on Tuesday.
Dr PC Rath volunteered to serve the veterans without monetary benefit under "Sparsh" scheme of Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS). Dr PC Rath was honorary consultant cardiology for Indian Armed Forces for two tenures.
It is another milestone achieved by Headquarters Telangana and Andhra Sub Area which will ensure better and efficient patient care to veterans and their relatives. Brigadier MD Upadhyay, Station Commander, Brigadier D Vivekanand Commandant Military Hospital, Secunderabad, Director ECHS and other staff officers attended the function.
