English and Foreign Languages University mulls over faculty tie-up with Uzbek varsity

Osmania University: Prof Muhtor Nasirov, Vice-Rector, International Programmes, Samarkand State University, Uzbekistan, called upon Prof. E Suresh Kumar, Vice Chancellor, the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad on Friday.Both the professors discussed the possibility of joint research ventures, teacher training, and blending academic and scholarly ties with the students and faculty of the University.

They also discussed the possibility of student and faculty exchange between the EFL University and Samarkand State University. Prof Suresh Kumar presented a brief account of the programmes and courses offered by the EFLU. In his interaction with the Vice-Rector, the Vice Chancellor of the EFLU deliberated the possibility of signing an MoU with Samarkand State University.
