Hyderabad: Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC) has taken the next big step to service the region's requirement for training pilots on the Airbus A320 Neo Aircraft as FSTC receives country's first state of the art A320 NEO simulator at FSTC's newly-opened Hyderabad centre. FSTC had placed the confirmed order with CAE, Canada for two Airbus A320 Neo simulators in the end of 2018.

CAE will deliver second Airbus A320 Neo full-flight simulators (Level D) at FSTC's facilities in their Hyderabad Centre during the second quarter of 2019. As part of the deal, CAE shall also deliver a number of complementary lower-level training devices including an IPT that will be ready-for-training during the second quarter of 2019. FSTC have already installed region's first Bombardier Q400 simulator and it is ready for training to extend simulator services to Q400 operators in India and also to International carriers operating Dash8 in the region.

Capt. Sanjay Mandavia, Founder and Director of FSTC, commented, "We are excited to announce to our valued customers that we have expanded our training infrastructure to address the demand for Airbus A320 Neo training to be provided in India." Capt. D S Basraon, Co-founder and Director of FSTC, added, "With this new delivery from CAE, FSTC will be the first independent operator in India to offer a range of new training solutions and equipment for the rapidly expanding Airbus A320 Neo fleet".

FSTC is driving their objective to be Asia's leading ATO with a positive outlook on the market for training pilots both locally here in India as well as in the region. The A320 Neo Simulators being ready for training in the second quarter of 2019 are perfectly timed to address an increasing requirement for training infrastructure to support the successful and growing installed base of A320 Neo aircrafts in the region.
