After a couple of hours you have these power cuts. During the entire night, I have to fan my kids with papers and other stuff, otherwise they find it difficult to sleep. This leaves me completely sleepless, which in turn makes me tired the next day."
Vijay P, a resident said, "I am a dutiful taxpaying citizen but what is the use when our hard earned money goes down to drain. We cannot even have a peaceful sleep due to horrible fluctuation in our area.
When it comes to bill payments, the electricity department of our area is very diligent, but when it comes to supply uninterrupted power and solving customer's problem, they will turn into a totally deaf ear."
