Hyderabad Runners make a mark
Two runners from the Hyderabad Runners made it to the finish line with honours. Arpitha won the 21 k run and Shilpi the 10k run here on Sunday. A group of avid runners train under P Srinivas, coach of Hyderabad Runners at Sanjeevaiah Park.

Speaking to The Hans India, Srinivas said, "Arpitha is a quick learner, in the span of six months she started running in a proper way and participated several marathons. Shilpi bagged several medals in various marathons. Vijay and Abishek are two promising runners."
He further added, "It gives me immense pleasure to train them and we daily run at the same place at Sanjeeviah Park and that's more happiest thing to bag victory in the place where we learn and train ourselves."
"I have participated in airtel marathon, some marathons in Mumbai and few in Hyderabad and I enjoyed each and every marathon I participated and todays marathon is most special and precious one as I bagged victory in 21K female category. I hope and I wish to hit more and more marathons like this," said Arpitha, 21K female category Winner.
