Malkajgiri: Residents of Vinayak Nagar have been faced with a serious problem in the form of stray dogs for the last few months. The increasing number of stray dogs is quite menacing and inhibiting their movements in the area.

Locals say the officials concerned are not acting, despite taking the issue to their notice a number of times.
