MLA D Sudhir Reddy vows to develop water body

L B Nagar: MLA D Sudhir Reddy, along with corporator K Vittal Reddy, visited a water body in Hayatnagar on Monday. He assured to take up development works of the water body. They also inspected drainage lines on the outskirts of Hayatnagar, along with GHMC officials, members of ward/area committees, TRS activists and leaders of Telangana agitation.

Seeks drainage trunk line

Later, both the leaders urged Deputy Town Planning Officer Lakshmi Narayana to arrange a drainage trunk line in the Mansoorabad division. Narayana responded positively to the request.

'CMRF a boon to BPL families'

Meanwhile, providing financial relief for a family, Sudheer Reddy presented Chief Minister Relief Fund cheque for Rs 60,000 to the family members of Narsimha from Mythri Nagar Colony, who recently died due to kidney ailments.

After they approached him for assistance, Sudheer Reddy forwarded their plea to the CMRF officials. He said, "Poor people are gaining immense benefits from CMRF. They are getting medical treatment from corporate hospitals." Varaprasad Reddy, Lachi Reddy, Adala Rammesh, Madhu Sagar, Praveen Reddy and Mallesh Goud were present.
