MLC N Ramachandra Rao calls for completing railway under the bridge at Malkajgiri

Malkajgiri: Residents of Malkajgiri and its surrounding areas are facing a perennial problem due to long-pending railway under the bridge (RUB) at Malkajgiri. For that reason, there have been frequent traffic jam in the area as the bridge works have been pending for nearly six years, said BJP MLC N Ramachandra Rao at a meeting on Sunday.

He further said the obstacle to the free flow of rainwater is causing inundation in the surrounding colonies. The state government should consider the matter and take up necessary measures to ensure completion of the RUB at the earliest, he said.
