Not my problem? not worth my time!

Since the waste is littered on an abandoned stretch of road and is separated by the main road with a divider, people see no problem with it. Add to this, the nearby construction workers use the space to dispose of waste. Sometimes, fire is also set to the garbage to dispose of it.
