Cyberabad: Cyberabad CP Sajjanar has rewarded police personnel for the best and active performance of duties. Testimonials were presented to the best talented staff as part of the 17 functional verticals at the Main Conference Hall of the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Cyberabad CP said that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are contributing for the better police services. Under the KPI, the court has been rewarding court duty officers and staff under the KPI to encourage police with talent in criminal investigation.
It is suggested to increase the percentage of convictions. Court duty officer plays a central role in increasing the convictions. Investigation, officer's FIR registration, investigation in each stage. If the case is an elevation, the investigation and conviction is brought up by another elevator. Particularly, those who are guilty of crimes against women and children will be punished immediately.
The final verdict of the case should be carefully worked out to ensure that the guilty are punished. Significant, sensational cases are suggested for daily follow-ups. Sensational cases that affect the sensitive and most vulnerable are identified and resolved quickly.
Court duty officers work together to ensure justice for victims. They are required to write cases in the language court prefers, not in the language they prefer. Those who opted for KPI wanted to work more enthusiastically and stand up for the ideal. The police have to work with commitment.
He also ensured, if any problems were brought to their attention, they would be solved as soon as possible. Subsequent to each vertical, best performing constable officer, head constable officer, SI, and Inspector were appreciated.
The event was attended by Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar, Venkateshwara Rao, DCP, N Prakash Reddy, CCRB ACP, Ravichandra, CCR BE SI, Shekhar, constable officer, head constable officer and court constables.
