SLG Hospitals hosts meet on ultrasound

Secunderabad: SLG Hospitals began a two-day meet on 'WINFOCUS,' a training programme in 'Point-of-Care Ultrasound' for doctors Wednesday. Luca Neri, a globally renowned name in the Point-of-Care Ultrasound, is organising the sessions.

The two-day programme focuses ultrasound practice, research, education, technology and networking, addressing the needs of patients, institutions, services, and communities living in out-of-hospital and in-hospital critical scenarios.

Dr T Suhasini, HoD, Critical Care, SLG Hospitals, said, "This training session empowers Doctors in critical care with the required understanding on usage of ultrasound to help patients in times of acute necessity."
