Hyderabad: The World Health Organisation (WHO) has, listed seven biggest brain damaging habits. People would do better to take note of these reasons for brain stroke, and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Missing breakfast, going to sleep late at night, high sugar consumption, more sleeping specially in the morning, eating meal while watching TV or computer, wearing cap/scarf or socks while sleeping; and habit of blocking/stooping urine are the seven factors that lead to brain damage.

The WHO had recently conducted a new research and came out with an interesting declaration on average health quality and life expectancy; and defined a new criterion on human age. The new criterion divides human age as follows: 0 to 17 years old: underage; 18 to 65 years old: youth or young people; 66 to 79 years old : middle aged; 80 to 99 years old: elderly or senior; and 100+ years old: long-lived elderly.
