Stress on potters role in saving environment at Arts College

Osmania University: Potters Association organised a seminar on potters' role in protecting environmental society at Arts College on Saturday. The association state president N Jayanth Rao said environment can be protected if plastic usage is stopped and replaced with mud pots.

Research student Satyanarayana said the government should encourage pottery. Discussion has been made on various aspects including higher education, jobs and employment. D Veladri, B Bikshapathi, Raju Mallaiah, Shyam Kumar, Venkat, Venkatesh, K Srinivas, Praveen, Satyanarayana and others were present.
